You can only change the theme of the Poll before publishing it.

In the Preview box you can change the background color and border color as well as question and answers font.

Click on the drop-down menu in questions field and select.
Similarly you can change answers fonts too.
For changing background and border color of the poll click on the background box. Select color from the color bar and click on apply.
